Since we were in Missouri she would make the calls necessary to get our requested repairs done and would go there to see if completed. We would highly recommend Ms. Noyes as a realtor. We had to move to South Carolina rather quickly and within a short window of time, and as a result there were several pending tasks we were unable to complete in time. The house took almost a year to sell. Our community did not allow open house events. I feel like the realtors associations etc, should be able to work with each community to allow this to expedite the sales and decrease days on market.
